Tech Mountains provides a range of IT services, including but not limited to web development, web designing, mobile app development, graphic designing, and video editing. These services are available to clients worldwide. The specifics of each project, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in a separate agreement between Tech Mountains and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with our services are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for project development. This includes, but is not limited to, project requirements, branding guidelines, and any other relevant materials. Failure to provide such information may impact project timelines and deliverables.

4. Intellectual Property

Tech Mountains retains intellectual property rights to all custom-created designs, code, and content developed during the provision of services. Upon full payment, clients will receive a license to use the completed work as outlined in the project agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

Tech Mountains understands the importance of confidentiality in the digital landscape. Any information shared by the client, including project details and sensitive business information, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be arranged upon the client’s request.

6. Payments and Invoicing

The client agrees to the payment terms outlined in the project agreement. Payments are generally structured based on project milestones. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension until outstanding payments are received.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the provision of services if the other party breaches any material term or condition of the agreement. In such cases, the terminating party must provide written notice specifying the breach. Tech Mountains reserves the right to terminate services if the client engages in any unlawful or unethical activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tech Mountains will make every effort to deliver high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, business interruption, or any other financial loss.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indian jurisdiction.
